Join us for our 3rd Quarterly Luncheon of 2026! We will feature guest speaker Lindsay Hutto of SCR to update us on the happenings at the State House and what we can expect as we prepare for the upcoming election! The event will be at The O'Donnell House, located at 120 E Liberty Street, Sumter, SC 29150. Please review the following items & event details, as they have recently been updated:

SBOR Event Attendance Policy (Updated 2026)

To help us provide the best experience for everyone, please note the following event guidelines:

• Advance Registration Required:
  All attendees must register through GrowthZone’s InfoHub. This ensures accurate planning and your name will appear on the official sign-in list.
• Waitlist Process for Unregistered Guests:
  If you arrive without registering, you’ll be asked to sign in on a waitlist and remain in a designated area until seating availability is confirmed.
• Day-of Admission (If Space Allows):
  Once the event begins, if open seats are available, we’ll begin calling individuals from the waitlist in the order they signed in. If you're still present and wish to attend, we’ll be happy to welcome you in at that time.
• Limited Seating Notice:
  Please note that if the event is at capacity and no extra seating is available, we won’t be able to accommodate unregistered guests.
• No-Show Fee:
  To help us manage catering costs, a $50 no-show fee will be applied to those who register but do not attend and fail to cancel in advance.
• Members-Only Luncheons:
  At this time, our quarterly membership luncheons are limited to Primary, Secondary, and Affiliate Members as part of your annual dues. Guests are not permitted, and any non-member attendees will be kindly asked to leave.
